I found the hotel to have its ups and downs. The location is convenient, especially for a visit to the Bole Airport area, with all necessary facilities close by. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown with uncomfortable mattresses and inadequate amenities. The service was a mix of efficiency and friendliness, although not always as quick as hoped for.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, but they could use improvements like more comfortable mattresses and better hot water supply. The TV and Wi-Fi were satisfactory but not exceptional. The hotel boasts luxury but falls short of the expected standard for a '4-star' establishment. However, the room size was adequate.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well looked after by housekeeping, but they did not have good cable TV coverage as advertised. However, there were no sewage backups, broken furniture, pealing paint, or leaky showers, so I was satisfied overall. The service was generally friendly, but there was a miscommunication when I was directly told to change the hotel. The location was good, with all facilities nearby, although the positioning seemed a bit off. The dining options had some good offerings, but some items like pizza for breakfast were puzzling. The facilities were satisfactory, and the value for money was reasonable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful hotel! The central location was convenient, although I experienced some noise from events below on a couple of nights. The service was exceptional, especially from Sable G, and the variety of amenities made my stay comfortable.
